Welcome to Bahama Joy Ride & Snorkeling Adventures! By using our boat tour and water activity services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read this document carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking and Refund Policy

1.1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from Bahama Joy Ride & Snorkeling Adventures.

1.2. Refund Requests: If you need to request a refund, you must do so within 72 hours of the scheduled excursion. Refund requests will be considered based on proper cause, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of refund requests.

1.3. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled excursion. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the excursion will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Tour Requirements and Safety

2.1. Health and Safety: Participation in our boat tours and water activities requires a certain level of physical fitness and health. You must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or other factors that may affect your ability to participate safely.

2.2. Age Restrictions: Some tours may have age restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that all participants meet the age requirements before booking.

2.3. Code of Conduct: During our tours, you are expected to follow all instructions provided by our guides and adhere to safety guidelines. Disruptive behavior or failure to comply with instructions may result in removal from the tour without refund.

3. Liability and Waiver

3.1. Assumption of Risk: Participation in our boat tours and water activities involves inherent risks. By booking and participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

3.2. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Bahama Joy Ride & Snorkeling Adventures, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other claims arising from your participation in our tours.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Content Usage: Any photographs, videos, or other media taken during our tours may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by Bahama Joy Ride & Snorkeling Adventures.

5. Amendments and Modifications

5.1. Changes to Itinerary: We reserve the right to modify the tour itinerary, routes, or activities due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Governing Law

6.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Bahamas. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Bahamas.
